Charlotte has worked in financial services since 1997 and has over 16 years of compliance experience, having previously managed a large compliance team at Tenet network.
She has ultimate responsibility for the Compliance team, providing high level oversight, identifying and mitigating any actual or perceived risks to Progeny and its clients, ensuring that the business meets its regulatory and commercial objectives compliantly, irrespective of the ever-changing regulatory landscape.
One of Charlotte’s overriding objectives is to develop and maintain a strong, customer focus culture, championed by senior management and embraced by all.
Outside of work Charlotte lives with her partner and two daughters in Sowerby Bridge, where she enjoys keeping fit and travelling when time allows.
